Refund & Cancellation Policy
NursePass Online Tutorial Service provides digital educational content and online review services for nursing licensure exam preparation.
Refund Eligibility
Because NursePass provides digital services and access to online educational content, payments are generally non-refundable once premium access has been successfully activated and made available to the customer, except where required by applicable law.
A customer may request a refund in situations including:
- Duplicate or accidental duplicate charges;
- A payment was completed but premium access was not provided and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period;
- An incorrect amount was charged due to a billing or technical error;
- A material defect or failure in the purchased service that NursePass is unable to correct;
- Any other circumstance where a refund is required under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
A change of mind, failure to use the service, or partial use of premium content does not normally qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription Cancellation
If a plan is offered as a recurring subscription, customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the available account or support channels.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Access will continue for the period already paid for unless otherwise stated.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact:
Please include:
- The email address associated with your NursePass account;
